Emergency Contact Information
In order to support our safeguarding procedures, It is extremely important that we have up to date emergency contact information for all pupils in our care. Please inform school as soon as possible after a change of information occurs.
We need to know the full name of the person we have as a contact for your child and how they are related or connected to your child. It would also be helpful if we have the full postal address for any contact for your child(ren) and in which order you would like them contacted.
Click on Data Checking Sheet - Change of Details or call to the office and you will be given a form to complete.
If you have any enquires please contact either:
- Your child's classroom teacher
- A member of the school Leadership Team: Mrs Bramhall or Mrs Crook,
- The school office Team either Mrs Ramsey or Mrs Lane
Appointments to speak to teaching staff can be made through the school office and be arranged before or after the teaching day.
If you require a paper copy of any of the information on our website please contact the school office where they will be happy to provide you with the necessary documents free of charge.
